Ingredients
500 gm turkey breast
100 ml desi ghee
1 gm whole cumin
20 gm chopped garlic
150 gm onion, chopped
15 gm, ginger, chopped
10 gm green chilli, chopped
50 gm red bell pepper, chopped
40 gm green capsicum, chopped
1 gm fennel powder
Salt to taste
60 gm butter
10 gm. fresh coriander, chopped
5 ml lemon juice
1 gm garam masala
5 gm micro greens
1 gm chaat masala
Directions
1. Clean turkey, cut it into small pieces and sou vide with salt and butter for about 60 minutes.
2. Take a pan, put desi ghee, cumin seeds, chopped garlic, chopped onions, chopped ginger, chopped green chillis, cook well and then add cooked turkey. Toss everything well.
3. Then add assorted peppers salt, garam masala and fennel powder and at last add lemon juice and chaat, masala with fresh coriander.
4. Serve it on khasta roti as pass around or as an appetizer.
