Tangdi Roti Wrap

Ingredients

4 chicken leg
150 gm almonds
80 gm apricot
30 gm whole garlic
20 gm whole ginger
10 gm green chilli
1 gm whole cumin
1 gm fennel seeds
5-6 whole red chillies
60 ml olive oil
Salt as per taste
40 gm coriander roots
2 gm garam masala
100 gm butter
12 filo wrap

Directions

1. Clean the chicken leg, apply ginger and garlic paste with salt and leave for about 10 minutes.

2. Grind almonds, apricot, green chilli, cumin, fennel, red chilli, olive oil, coriander roots and garam masala and make a paste.

3. Apply the fine paste on the marinated chicken leg and roast in the oven for about 15 minutes at 200°C. Let it cool.

4. Cover it with a filo sheet and then bake again for 6-8 minutes and make the outer layer crisp and brown.

5. Serve as the main dish with some potato crisps with spicy chilli sauce.
