Ingredients
1200 gm chicken leg
400 gm curd
200ml oil
300 gm onion, chopped
100 gm garlic paste
20 gm roasted kasuri methi
Salt to taste
20 gm chef special masala
Directions
1. Take a bowl and marinate the chicken legs with garlic and special masala.
2. Take a pan, heat oil and saute chopped onion till golden brown.
3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook on a medium flame for 25 minutes.
4. Take the curd add some water, whisk it well add this to the pan and cook till the gravy thickens.
5. Serve hot with lachha paratha.
