Ingredients
1 kg minced meat
35 gm kakori masala
40 gm raw papaya
60 gm kakori paste
2 gm garam masala
2 gm green cardomom
2 gm ghee
Directions
1. Take a boneless turkey, add spices together and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes.
2. Then mince all the ingredients and keep it in a fridge for another 20 minutes.
3. Take it out from the fridge, put it on the skewers and cook it on a coal grill until it becomes tender and soft in texture.
4. Serve hot along with sliced onions and mint chutney.
