									<p>1. Dry roast all the whole spices and grind them to a powder. Keep it in an air-tight container. It is advisable to prepare the nihari masala fresh every time.</p><p>2. Heat ghee in a heavy bottom stockpot, add the turkey legs, salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, and coriander powder and saute for a few minutes.</p><p>3. Add the nihari masala and add water. Cook on low flame till the meat gets tender.</p><p>4. When the meat is done, mix wheat flour in water, add it to the meat and cook till the gravy thickens, it should take roughly 10-15 minutes.</p><p>5. Serve it with lemon drizzle, slit green chillies, and ginger juliennes.</p>								</div>
