									<p>1. Heat a pan, add coconut oil, gently place the turkey, and then add salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder. Sautee everything for 15 minutes.</p><p>2. Take coconut and other ingredients mentioned under &#8216;For Grinding&#8217; in a blender and grind them into a thick paste.</p><p>3. Heat oil in a kadai. Add onion and chillies and saute until lightly golden.</p><p>4. Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.</p><p>5. Add in salt, chilli powder, coriander and garam masala powder and saute for 30 seconds or so.</p><p>6. Add in the meat and toss well in the masala. Keep cooking until it gets a nice colour.</p><p>7. Add in coconut masala and mix well. Cook this for a few more minutes.</p><p>8. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.</p><p>9. Serve hot garnished with curry leaves.</p>								</div>
