									<p>1. Take one turkey breast marinate it with ingredients mentioned in the ingredient list and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.</p><p>2. Make a stuffing with sauteed spinach, chopped bell peppers and cheese.</p><p>3. Season and mix it nicely. Take turkey breast out of the refrigerator, cut it from the centre and hammer it evenly till it becomes double in size.</p><p>4. Stuff flattened breast with bell pepper and spinach mixture and roll it tightly with the help of foil.</p><p>5. Keep it in the refrigerator for another hour till the roulade becomes firm.</p><p>6. Bake it at 165°C for half an hour. Take out roulade from oven apply cranberry reduction and cut it in 60 gm roundels.</p><p>7. Plate it and serve it hot.</p>								</div>

									<p>1. Take the chicken leg and cut it into two pieces.</p>
<p>2. Mix ingredients and marinate chicken. Keep it aside for 2 hours.</p>
<p>3. Preheat a hot plate, apply olive oil and sear the chicken on both sides till it becomes golden brown.</p>
<p>4. Take an oven tray, place butter paper and put the chicken into the oven for 12 to 14 minutes at 160°C.</p>
<p>5. Put the salad greens in a steel bowl and season with the dressing.</p>
<p>6. Take the chicken out and plate it with fruit scoops and microgreens.</p>								</div>
