									<p>1. Take turkey thigh, hammer it into a thin slice &amp; then marinate it with salt &amp; pepper.</p><p>2. Chop the berries, capers, parsley, olives and mix them with butter.</p><p>3. Then put the butter mixture in the turkey thigh, roll it well &amp; cover it with cling wrap.</p><p>4. Put the thigh in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.</p><p>5. Heat the turkey thigh and then cook it in the oven for 20 minutes at 170°C.</p><p>6. Make a sauce with orange rind, orange juice and honey.</p><p>7. Boil the sweet potato and cut them into fingers.</p><p>8. Fry the potato fingers, and de-glaze the orange rind sauce.</p><p>9. Take out the turkey roulade and cut it diagonal-wise.</p><p>10. Arrange it on a plate, and place potato fingers.</p><p>11. Drizzle orange rind sauce, on top of the roulade.</p>								</div>

Fry the wings until golden in colour, then toss it in BBQ sauce.</p><p>4. Serve hot, garnished with sugar sticks &amp; chiffonade.</p>								</div>
