Ingredients
100 gm kung pao sauce
300 gm turkey breast slices
10 gm ginger
10 gm garlic
Sichuan pepper
10 ml sesame oil
4 pcs dried red chilli
10 gm spring onion
10 gm leeks
10 gm celery
10 gm scallion bulbs
10 gm fried cashew nuts
20 ml cooking oil
Salt as per taste
Directions
1. Heat oil in a wok, stir fry chopped ginger, garlic, and crushed sichuan pepper along with turkey slices for 1 minute.
2. Once it is partially cooked add kung pao sauce along with diced leeks, celery, and scallion bulbs.
3. Keep stirring till it absorbs all the liquid from the wok.
4. Add fried cashew nuts, and chopped spring onion, and finish the preparation with a touch of sesame oil.
5. Stir to combine well with turkey, dish out, and garnish with fried cashew nuts and red chilies.
6. Serve hot with steamed jasmine rice.
