Spicy Chicken Tangri

Ingredients

200 gm (2 pieces) chicken leg
50 gm spicy masala
50 gm hung curd
30 gm ginger garlic paste
1 lemon

Directions

1. Take 2 whole chicken legs and marinate with the help of spicy masala

2. Add curd, ginger/garlic, lemon, and salt and mix them well so that the taste of masala goes inside the legs

3. Keep it in a fridge for at least 2 hours.

4. Put the marinated chicken on the grill oven or in a tandoor, cook well until soft & tender, crispy.

5. Serve along with onion rings and sauce.
