Ingredients
4 turkey wings
25 gm BBQ sauce
30 gm spring onion
10 gm garlic
10 gm onion
10 ml light soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Sesame oil for drizzle
Refined oil for frying
Cornstarch for dusting
Sugar for sugar sticks
Directions
1. Marinate wings with salt, and pepper & keep aside for about 15 minutes.
2. Then make BBQ sauce with onion, garlic, and spring onion.
3. Fry the wings until golden in colour, then toss it in BBQ sauce.
4. Serve hot, garnished with sugar sticks & chiffonade.
