Balsamic Glazed Chicken

Ingredients

For Marination
1 chicken leg
100 gm balsamic vinegar
60 gm garlic
8 gm thyme
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
5 gm lemon zest
80 gm olive oil

For Salad
15 gm tatsoi
15 gm mizuna
20 gm microgreens
1 scoop of muskmelon
1 scoop of papaya
2 scoops of watermelon

Directions

1. Take the chicken leg and cut it into two pieces.

2. Mix ingredients and marinate chicken. Keep it aside for 2 hours.

3. Preheat a hot plate, apply olive oil and sear the chicken on both sides till it becomes golden brown.

4. Take an oven tray, place butter paper and put the chicken into the oven for 12 to 14 minutes at 160°C.

5. Put the salad greens in a steel bowl and season with the dressing.

6. Take the chicken out and plate it with fruit scoops and microgreens.
